In 1984, Robert Zborowski founded a small tannery in Nowy Targ, Poland. Everything began by hand — skin by skin, using methods passed down through the family.
Over four decades we have continually refined the workshop. Today we combine time-honoured craft techniques with precision machinery that speeds and standardises the tanning process - without compromising quality. A significant part of the work is still done by hand, because sheepskin demands it: only human precision ensures the correct finish on the fleece and the edges.
We have also significantly improved the chemistry we use in tanning. Today we rely exclusively on eco-certified preparations, producing skins that are odour-free, hypoallergenic and exceptionally durable.
Three generations. One place. One passion - natural sheepskins of the highest quality.

How is a natural sheepskin made?
5 stages of tanning
Selection
We select the finest sheepskins from carefully chosen suppliers around the world.
Tanning
A multi-stage cleaning process during which the sheepskins are carefully prepared and treated with special eco-friendly solutions.
Drying
Each sheepskin is carefully dried - an essential process required for the next stages of dry processing.
Finishing
At this stage, we care for both the wool and the leather, giving the wool its natural shine using specialized machines and high temperatures.
Quality Control.
At the final stage of processing, each sheepskin undergoes quality control and is carefully shaped - we even out the edges and hand-comb the wool around the borders of the skin.
